I’ve also been fortunate to work with some incredibly talented chefs, who have taught me the importance of attention to detail, creativity, and flavor in every dish.
I received my formal culinary training at the French Culinary Institute in New York City, where I completed a comprehensive program in classic French cuisine, pastry, and baking. During my time there, I also studied the art of wine pairing and food presentation, which has become a particular focus of mine. In addition to my formal education, I continue to attend conferences, workshops, and tastings to stay up-to-date on the latest trends and techniques in the industry.
